03 Account Rules

Each player is permitted to maintain one account only at 55 game. Opening multiple accounts — whether under your own name or under different identities — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in all accounts being permanently closed and all balances forfeited.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. This includes choosing a strong password, not sharing your login details with anyone, and logging out from shared devices. 55 game is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access was enabled by your failure to protect your credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 55 game support immediately at support@55game.ws. We will investigate and take appropriate action including temporary account freezing while the matter is being resolved.

• Account usernames and registered mobile numbers cannot be changed without identity verification.
• Account balances are non-transferable between players.
• Accounts left inactive for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. A monthly administrative fee of Rs 200 may apply to dormant accounts with a positive balance after the 12-month period.
• Players may request account closure at any time by contacting support. Any positive balance at the time of closure will be returned to your nominated PKR payment method subject to standard withdrawal verification.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions at 55 game are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Pakistani players: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.

The minimum deposit is Rs 200. There is no platform fee charged by 55 game on standard deposits. Your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees; 55 game is not responsible for such charges.

Withdrawals: You may only withdraw funds to a payment method that has been used for a prior deposit on your account, or to a verified method in your own name. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect players against fraud. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically processed within 5–10 minutes. IBFT bank transfers may take up to one business day depending on your bank.

• Funds deposited must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be processed. Depositing and immediately attempting to withdraw without any wagering activity may trigger a fraud review.
